is a Japanese word for "universal life energy". Reiki is
based on Eastern concepts of re-aligning the seven energy
centres and bringing the body into a natural balance
physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. During
this ancient healing technique, the hands are placed on
parts of the body that correspond to the major energy
centres; the energy washes down through the body clearing
energetic obstructions and strengthening the flow of the
meridians.
It is a simple, natural, subtle but effective method of
healing, making its own way to the area of the body in
need. It encourages deep relaxation and strive to helps us
to find our way back to a state of health both physical and
emotional.
The treatment is applied on a fully clothed client.
